Isaac arrived in January from fellow Pitching In Northern Premier League West side Mossley after being in their side for October's 0-0 draw between the clubs at Seel Park.
Based in Manchester, he is a tall and competitive box-to-box midfielder, who is strong in the air and likes to get the ball down to play.
Isaac, 26, is experienced at this level, having played in the division for Trafford (where he played in the same team as Adam Rooney), Newcastle Town, 1874 Northwich and Witton Albion.
