A JUNIOR club presentation weekend for the youngest age group teams at Runcorn Linnets was a winner with players and parents alike.
All sections of the club came together to commemorate the season - managers, players and coaches from the senior and Under 21s men's and women's team helping to create special memories for the young footballers.
Saturday was devoted for teams from Under 7s to U9s while Sunday's focus was on U10s to U12s.
Club manager Brad Cooke, his assistant Rob Sadler, first-team skipper Jacques Welsh and players Adam Moseley, Lewis Crane, Lewis Nolan and Peter Wylie - not forgetting club mascot Ron Corn - were special guests on day one.
Attending on the second day were more senior men's players Eden Gumbs, Jay Lee and Alex Ellams along with Linnets Ladies' co-manager Jack Slater and goalkeeper Alex Bellfield.
The event was arranged jointly by the Junior Executive Committee, led by Anthony Stonebanks, and the club's events team, headed by volunteer manager Ange Murphy. Festivities involved fun events, food and entertainment.
Each team was allocated a 15-minute slot in an awards tent, suitably decorated with Linnets flags.
Managers/coaches gave a short speech to their squads, highlighting progress and achievements, and after the handing out of trophies, official photos were taken by Kelly Jones, Trust Board member and one of the club photographers.
There was then an opportunity for families to take their own pictures.
