Referee postpones fixture after deluge

Tonight'-s fixture against Chasetown felll victim to the weather with the match referee having no option but to postpone with the pitch under water.
Heavy rain had been falling for more than an hour when the decision was made.
Thank you to those supporters who ventured out on such a dreadful evening only to be disappointed. The game will now be rearranged for a later date and we wish our visitors a safe journey home.
