Hopes of a good APEC crowd as international break kicks in
After picking up our first away victory of the NPL West season, we are back on home soil this Saturday for what is traditionally a very tough fixture against Chasetown.
It took a stoppage-time free-kick from Harry McGee to secure a 1-0 victory when the Staffordshire outfit visited in February. On the previous two occasions, the Chase had taken the points.
This will be their fourth time at Murdishaw with honours even at two wins apiece.
With a pause in Premier League fixtures during the international break, Linnets will hope for a good turnout.
The Chase are in eighth place with 12 points from nine games - compared to our 11 from eight. We are in tenth spot after the weekend's single-goal win at Mossley.
Sean Miller is in line for his first APEC Taxis Stadium outing of the season after his welcone return to the starting line-up at Seel Park.
Kian Bell could make his home debut, having performed creditably on debut last Saturday.
