Defender
Kian was a regular for North West Counties League Premier Division club Burscough last season, making 49 appearances - with 47 starts - in all competitions.
He scored six goals and bagged five Man-of-the-Match awards - also landing Burscough's Player of the Month award in August, after standing in as captain.
Left back Kian, 22, had previously played for Widnes and Skelmersdale United under former Runcorn Linnets player Dave Dempsey.
He has also represented AFC Liverpool and Ashton Town.
