Jacques is in his second full season as captain after being caretaker skipper for much of 2024-25, when he led the side to the Cheshire Senior Cup.
The inspirational midfielder has served Linnets in two spells separated by a brief interlude at Bootle and last season spent time in central defence.
He originally arrived at Runcorn from Flint Town United, having previously been at Bolton Wanderers and on professional forms with Tranmere Rovers.
