Article 1 – Scope and Agreement

By accessing or using the RLFC mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “ToS”).

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least the age of majority in your country, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this App.

Article 2 – Use of the Service

You may use the App for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse, hack, interfere with or exploit any portion of the App, and you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

The App is primarily intended for:

  • Viewing match information

  • Voting for Man of the Match

  • Participating in fan engagement features

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Article 3 – Registration and Authentication

To access certain features, users may need to register an account. Users are assigned unique identifiers stored securely in Google Firebase/Firestore. In some cases, display names may be shown publicly (e.g., voting or comments).

Your credentials and user session data must be kept secure. Sharing access is prohibited.

Where third-party login options are used (e.g., Google or Apple), you agree to those providers' terms of service and consent policies.

Article 4 – Data Handling and Privacy

By using the App, you agree to the RLFC Mobile App Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store, and process personal data (including anonymous user IDs and usage data).

We store data on Google Firebase, a secure, scalable cloud platform that may store data in the EU or internationally, with safeguards in place.

You can request access, deletion, or modification of your data at any time by contacting support@soubor-apps.com.

Article 5 – Intellectual Property

All content within the App (text, images, logos, voting systems, etc.) belongs to Runcorn Linnets FC or its partners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written consent.

Article 6 – User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post or share offensive, discriminatory, or abusive content

  • Impersonate others

  • Upload viruses or malicious software

  • Abuse in-app voting systems

Violations may result in removal or restriction of access without notice.

Article 7 – Third-Party Services

Our App may include links to external services (e.g., Firebase, Apple, Google, league databases). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these third parties.

Always review third-party terms and privacy notices when applicable.

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that features will be error-free or uninterrupted. Runcorn Linnets FC is not liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Technical errors

  • Network issues

  • Unauthorized access

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Article 9 – Updates and Termination

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms or abuses the platform.

Article 10 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
